Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask VOIMAR (Pty) Ltd to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

1. Email privacy@voimar.co.za with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address or with the mobile number on your account.
2. Tell us which Voimar service you use (for example Konnector, Voimar SMS, Voimar APN, GYTE, Kesho or Heita).
3. We confirm your identity, then delete your account and personal information within 30 days and confirm by email.

WhatsApp: to stop messages from Voimar’s WhatsApp number (+27 67 806 1918) and delete the related records, reply “STOP” to any message from us, or include this in your email.

Konnector: messages, photos and files live only on your phone. Use Privacy & Security > Self-Destruct in the app to erase them from your phone instantly - Voimar never had a copy.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example tax records and telecommunications records under RICA) for the period the law sets, and then delete it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
